Coordinate with team to address customer order and account balance inquiries. Support the preparation of customer presentations and run bid model software under SE guidance. Conduct relevant searches on the Internet to follow up leads/trends on customers and/or competitors as needed. Ensure accuracy and current status of short-term sales forecasts. Accompany Sales Executives on customer visits, as appropriate, and deliver customer presentations.
