When you buy Festival merchandise while ordering Festival tickets, your information will be gathered as detailed above under “Purchasing Festival tickets.” If you buy Festival merchandise at the NCBF Store, you will be redirected from our Website to the Festival Store, operated by Planet Cotton, a third-party merchandiser under contract with us.  Planet Cotton may request your Contact Information and your Payment Information. Volunteering for the Festival

you will provide us with your Contact Information, your date of birth and your t-shirt size (“Volunteer Information”). The information that we or the third parties detailed above gather from you is from plainly-marked areas of our Website or the websites of these entities.

How we use Information
