New this year through the Festival’s City in Bloom program, Business Improvement Districts and Main Streets across DC will create Blossom Blocks—vibrant, eye-catching spaces featuring interactive elements. These short-term activations bring the magic of the Tidal Basin into neighborhoods throughout the city.
