
Executive Chef Josh Hunt of Cordelia Fishbar will welcome Sushi Chef Jungil Yang of sister restaurant The Hamilton for a one-night-only cherry blossom omakase tasting dinner on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 6:30 PM. Together, they will create a singular evening where Japanese omakase meets wood-fired technique, bringing together the sumptuous flavors of both raw and charcoal-influenced seafood in a 9-course tasting menu.
Highlights include sakura masu with lime zest, toro with caviar, wagyu with truffle, and miso black cod with Japanese hollandaise and ikura. Tickets are priced at $150 per person with reservations limited to parties of 6 or fewer.
