The National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade® Broadcast

The Nation’s Springtime Parade returned to Constitution Avenue on Saturday, April 15, 2023! Grand colorful helium balloons, elaborate floats, marching bands from across the country, celebrity entertainers, and performers burst down the Parade route in a spectacle of music and showmanship celebrating spring in Washington, DC.

If you missed the celebration in person, you can watch the broadcast of the Parade on ABC7 on Saturday, April 22, at 1 PM. Anchored by Alison Starling and Robert Burton from local 7News, Azubuike “Ike” Ejiochi of Good Morning America, and honorary Marshal and host Lisa Ann Walter of Abbott Elementary Star and DC Area Native.

7News reporter Eileen Whelan and TV personality Carson Kressley provided commentary from the street.
