Director Koki Shigeno’s documentary portrait of ramen chef Osama Tomita is a foodie’s dream. Known as the King of Ramen, Tomita presides over Matsuda, where people eagerly travel from all over to try his famous broth. Film screening followed by free tasting by Ramen by Uzu.
